Returns & Refunds
At dMAX GLOBAL we want you to be happy with your every purchase, however if you need to send an item back to us, please read the terms for returning goods purchased online from dMAX GLOBAL below. None of these terms affect your statutory rights.
If you are a UK customer you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel you have to email us at email@example.com, call us on 01905 928177 or write to us and return the products to:

All items returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of receiving it, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 15 and 28 days of receiving it, we’ll give you a dMAX GLOBAL gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, however we reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.
We don’t accept any returns after 28 days from you receiving the goods. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery fees.
All returns ordered incorrectly should be returned at your cost. Please include a copy of your order and the Returns Form you can find below. We strongly recommend you get the proof of postage or use an insured postal service when returning goods back to us. Delivery and return carriage are non-refundable.
Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Products
If in the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty or damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please contact dMAX GLOBAL via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to report the faulty / damaged items and we will dispatch new items and arrange collection of the original goods which must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
We do our very best to ensure that all of our orders are supplied correctly, however if your order is incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We will dispatch the correct items as soon as possible and arrange collection of the incorrect goods.
Reporting a problem
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, then please contact us via email to inform us of the problem. We will then get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the problem.
Please be aware that you may be asked to provide a proof of purchase in relation to a product return, refund or replacement.
